1. Service description

Tamar is an AI-powered resume tailoring service. You provide your resume and a job description, and our AI assistant Tamar helps you create a tailored version optimised for that specific role.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tamar. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Intellectual property

• Your content: You own all resume content you upload and all generated resumes you create using the service.
• Our platform: Tamar owns the platform, AI prompts, design, and all non-user-generated content.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not upload someone else's resume without their explicit consent.
• You may not use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading employment documents.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems.

5. Limitation of liability

Tamar assists with resume writing and optimisation. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any specific employment outcome. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Subscription and payments

Free accounts include limited resume generations. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your profile settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
